We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes.

About the Role:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with medication management and daily living tasks
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship
- Perform domestic tasks and meal preparation as required
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
About You:
- Experience working in aged care or home care services
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Australian Federal Police check and driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
