The OpportunityAs a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contributing to club sales budgets through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating exceptional member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualities:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
We offer a competitive OTE of $45,000-$50,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super. You will also receive a complimentary all-access Goodlife membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards. Additionally, you will have access to our industry-leading learning and development content, including the FLG Learning Hub and Blinkist.
