Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers in Hornsby. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and personalised service to customers, ensuring they find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
