Lead Housekeeping Operations in a Thriving Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. This includes managing a productive and professional relationship with housekeeping staff members, clients, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.
  • Overseeing daily on-the-job training for all cleaning employees.
  • Supporting the housekeeping team to provide an excellent cleaning service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing a housekeeping team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and ability to follow procedures.
