We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our site and project delivery operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing all stages of project delivery, including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and methodology and procurement. You will be responsible for managing safety, time, cost, and quality, as well as leading and developing your engineering team.

You will also be involved in project planning and programming tasks, liaison and management of client relationships, monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates, and reporting and mitigating performance issues.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly, procurement of plant, equipment, and material, issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs, and ensuring project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management, and at least 4 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects.

You will also need to demonstrate ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members, and experience in effectively working with authorities, such as local councils, utilities companies, and Major Road Projects Victoria.
