Job Overview

The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure to ensure IT systems are available, secure, reliable, and optimized to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Administer cybersecurity platforms.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
  • Lead projects to improve system performance and resilience.
About You (Essential Requirements)
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Hold at least 3 years' experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
  • Have experience with Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Demonstrate strong customer service focus with proven organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all aspects of IT infrastructure. This will include:

  • Designing and implementing robust and secure network architectures.
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
  • Providing expert advice on IT infrastructure design and optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
