Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to residents
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document care delivery accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality on resident matters and other sensitive information
  • Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the Care Manager and General Manager
  • Identify training opportunities and communicate them to the General Manager
  • Stay current with aged care issues, standards, and services

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire
