About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team at Early Start Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to make a real difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy sessions to clients across a range of ages and needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote independence and community participation.
  • Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration.
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities and promoting their independence and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
