Myer Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Myer. As a key member of our buying process, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our buying systems and data to support the delivery of our merchandise strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the registration, pricing, and reporting of merchandise, supplier implants, concessions, and MarketPlace.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance and controls.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to business system users, conducting regular training sessions for buying teams.
- Identify issues and develop solutions, communicating with the business to ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure all documentation and processes are up-to-date, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements by facilitating workshops, identifying gaps, and recommending changes.
- Participate in company initiatives and projects, providing SME support and cross-functional workgroups.
- Support Marketplacer, setting up hierarchy, brands, and sizes.
- Support audit processes through user access reviews.
- Improve processes and manage end-to-end season activities.
- Facilitate merchandise conversion processes.
- Support PAS management, providing visibility to internal stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of merchandise systems, such as Retek and Microstrategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent time management skills, prioritizing multiple deadlines and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience facilitating training programs.
- Knowledge of stores and buying functions.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Suites.
