As a General Practitioner in Maryborough, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centred primary care services to the local community.

The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills, with experience in general practice and an unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner (FRACGP or equivalent).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive general medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Promoting preventative health strategies, screening, immunisations, and health education tailored to patient needs
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, history-taking, and ordering and interpreting relevant investigations

Other essential responsibilities include collaborating with allied health professionals, maintaining accurate and timely medical records, and participating in ongoing professional development.
