Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Sunbury Primary School. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school community, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the school community, including responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Manage the school's records system, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date student, staff, and school records.
  • Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school, including managing the school's IT systems and maintaining office supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective administration procedures, including managing work priorities and coordinating with school staff.
  • Manage client reception and office operations, including greeting visitors and responding to their inquiries.
  • Liaise with school staff to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
