Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at the Australian Defence Force. As a Plumber, you will play a critical role in providing plumbing support to our deployed infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair water reticulation, drainage, and treatment systems, as well as other plumbing equipment.
  • Work in deployed conditions, both within Australia and overseas, and at major Air Force bases and isolated temporary Air Force airfields or construction sites.
  • Support other trades in the performance of their duties and participate in ground defence exercises.
  • Provide temporary water reticulation and sewage treatment services.
Career Progression

As a Plumber, you will have opportunities to progress to the rank of Corporal and beyond, with further training in construction and project management.

Available positions for training are dependent upon workforce requirements.
