We are currently seeking reliable and patient drivers to transport children with special needs to and from school in the Central Coast region.

Job Summary

This is a casual position, usually carried out during NSW school terms. The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment during transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport children safely to and from school.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment during transportation.
  • Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding child's needs and transportation details.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted Class C driver's license or above.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with children and their families.
  • Able to demonstrate patience, respect, honesty, and integrity.
Benefits:

The role involves morning and afternoon split shifts. Successful applicants may be offered up to 15 hours of casual work per week relieving staff absences.

Selection Process:

All applicants will undergo a rigorous screening process, including a driving test and checks on identification, driving record, medical fitness, and suitability to work with children.
