Job Description

As a senior specialist solution architect, you will create opportunities and establish relationships with key accounts and service provider partners. Your primary focus will be on driving enterprise adoption of Red Hat's Ansible Automation Platform.

About the Role

You will act as a technical advisor, guiding customers from presales to post-sales implementation, ensuring successful deployments.

  • Lead technical validation through demos, workshops, and pilot projects to align customer needs with Ansible capabilities.
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks and content to empower sales teams and standardize customer outcomes.

In addition, you will collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting your team with responding to RFPs for customer success.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in automation platforms, including certifications in Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, and Terraform.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Linux (RHEL/Satellite), Cisco network automation, and DevOps methodologies.
  • At least 6 years of experience in automation and 5-10 years in architecture/development/consulting roles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer candidates with:

  • Red Hat certifications.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Thought leadership through industry contributions and staying updated on automation trends.
