Job Title: Architectural Designer

A renowned architectural firm is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join their team as an Architectural Designer. The role involves working under the guidance of experienced architects on various projects, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for architecture and design. Additionally, knowledge of building codes, design processes, and sustainability requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing design proposals and creating presentation materials
  • Prepare drawings and 3D models using Revit and other tools
  • Produce renderings using Lumion or Enscape
  • Support in preparing project documentation and conducting research
  • Participate in site visits and record existing building conditions
  • Research building materials, codes, and construction techniques
  • Assist in coordination with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Qualifications: Internship or part-time experience at an architectural firm is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Passion for architecture and design, with a desire to learn and grow, is essential.
