**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to support the continued growth of our business and a strong pipeline of work. This role is critical to the success of our business and will be responsible for designing and developing Civil Plans across all aspects of land development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and delivery of drawings for key infrastructure and civil construction projects
  • Act as the Civil 3D go-to resource for our business
  • Assist the Lead with feasibility assessments
  • Site inspections to familiarise works undertaking
  • Researching for civil projects
  • Providing high-quality service and support to internal staff, clients and stakeholders including builders, developers, Councils, Government bodies/departments and service agencies.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a civil engineering design role
  • Extensive experience and high level of proficiency in civil engineering project design delivery and Civil 3D drafting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of materials, detailing and documentation that support the delivery of major projects in the areas of urban road, stormwater and wastewater design.
  • Experience building and managing strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
