About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our parts team in Rockhampton.

As a Junior Parts Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, developing skills and knowledge in chosen trades, and ensuring customer and workshop parts needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shadow and assist experienced parts colleagues.
  2. Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties.
  3. Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases.
  4. Process payments and prepare invoices.
About You

You have a strong interest in a parts career in the truck retail industry.

You are eager to learn, a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a team player, and a problem-solver.

Manual licence and Forklift licence are desirable.

Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge is also desirable.
