About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker in the Hills area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged.

What We're Looking For
  • You have a genuine passion for assisting our aged community and a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License.
  • You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
  • You're available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.

We're committed to responding to every applicant, and before joining our team, you'll undergo a National Police Check/Right to Work, functional fitness assessment, and COVID vaccination confirmation.
