Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Strategy, Innovation and Propositions in a dynamic team.

The role involves delivering on team objectives and key results, including:

  • P Strategic Planning: supporting direction setting and planning for the future by working with Executives to ensure clear and executable plans in the strategic planning cycle
  • Business Development: growing the existing business by partnering with executives for strategic reviews into high priority strategic issues in the existing business
  • Innovation & Proposition: exploring and developing opportunities for new growth and/or new propositions, and bringing thought leadership, relevant & actionable insights to support strategy and future growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

- Highly flexible and adaptable to business needs and working styles, while navigating uncertainty and constantly changing environments.

- Strong understanding of business drivers, commercial orientation, and financial acumen.

- Highly motivated, self-driven, and strong desire to learn about the business.

- Ability to develop concise and compelling presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations supported by data for senior leaders and executives.

- Highly strategic thinking and analytical skills for diverse and complex problem solving, with ability to think across multiple horizons, dimensions, and leverage multiple data sources.

- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple projects, leveraging strong relationship management and influencing skills, across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
