At Achieve Australia, we believe that a skilled Service Coordinator is crucial to the success of our programs. A leader in practice, they will provide on-the-ground role-modeling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support) or equivalent experience in disability support, a demonstrated understanding of NDIS principles and human rights-based approach to service delivery.

They will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings. Additionally, they should be proficient in using MS Office Suite and online systems.
