Job Title: Data Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support the daily operational needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in data entry and possess a strong analytical skill set, with excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting information from customers and clients
  • Entering data into the central database
  • Cataloguing the data for ease of reference
  • Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
  • Retrieving data as requested
  • Maintaining and updating the database system
  • Generating periodic reports

Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (POs) and indexing invoices. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate advanced Excel skills and ability to effectively apply data processing practices and procedures.

As a proactive team player, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of data processing operations and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in your work.
