Trolley Collection Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader to oversee the trolley collection process.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 5-11 members in delivering efficient trolley collection services to designated stores.
  • Develop leadership skills through people-related activities, including recruiting, rostering, and coaching team members.
  • Act as a coach and mentor, enhancing the skills of team members across trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
  • Liaise with store leadership, support office, and customers, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create an effective roster to ensure daily tasks and operations coverage.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to understand challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities.
  • Interact with customers, providing assistance and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
  • Manage equipment and consumables for safe and efficient work practices.
Requirements
  • A physically demanding role requiring comfort working in varied environments (e.g., shop floor, fridges, freezers, carparks).
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work diverse shifts, including early starts, late starts, and weekend shifts.
  • Comfortable working within regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct).
