Curriculum and Pedagogy Support Specialist

The Curriculum and Pedagogy Support Specialist collaborates with classroom teachers to embed high-impact teaching strategies aligned with the Australian Curriculum and BCE's Learning and Teaching Framework. Success depends on building professional relationships, fostering capacity, and supporting quality learning experiences.

This position involves:

  • Designing and implementing evidence-based pedagogies that promote creativity, innovation, and differentiation.
  • Coaching teachers to build collective efficacy through relational and responsive collaboration.
  • Analyzing student data to identify needs, track progress, and set goals.
  • Participating in planning meetings and implementing strategies aligned with school improvement targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating a supportive, learner-centered classroom environment aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating curriculum programs and pedagogies, and reporting on student progress.
  • Collaborating with leadership, staff, students, and families to foster a positive school culture.
  • Engaging in professional development to improve student outcomes.
