This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy, managing both pre and post-contract duties.
- Review and understand design consultants' drawings.
- Estimate and plan costs.
- Input into value engineering.
- Perform tender analysis and produce tender reports.
- Conduct cost checks, progress claims, and variation assessments.
- Deal effectively with clients and produce post-contract cost reports.
- Administer contracts and agree final accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 4 years' postgraduate experience.
- Completed or working towards APC for MRICS or AIQS chartered status.
- Financial monitoring experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and CostX or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly.
