The Marketing Specialist role presents an exceptional opportunity to manage all aspects of Retail Marketing for a luxury automotive brand. This position involves overseeing the success of retail, launch, events/sponsorship and promotional activity, as well as identifying and recommending marketing strategies that comply with manufacturers standards and achieve overall business objectives.

About the Job
  • Reporting to the General Manager, this position offers full ownership and direct reporting
  • An excellent salary package with additional benefits is available
  • A full-time Monday to Friday schedule with flexible work arrangements if required
  • Opportunity to work with a multi-award winning dealership and established automotive group

This role requires a strong background in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry, including experience with CRM systems and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as analytical and negotiation abilities to identify market trends.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the success of retail, launch, events/sponsorship and promotional activity
  • Identify and recommend marketing strategies
  • Ensure marketing strategy is on-brand and compliant with manufacturers standards
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
