We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team in a leadership role.

- The Director of Nursing Coordinator/Reliever (DON) plays a critical role in shaping the delivery of healthcare services in our region.
- Operational Leadership: Provide operational and professional nursing leadership to Remote Health Services.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate service delivery, human and material management, and expertise in healthcare team communication.
- Data Analysis and Fiscal Management: Develop and implement data analysis and fiscal management strategies to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
- Relief Work: Relieve in outreach facilities as required.
- Tertiary Qualification: Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- Licence: C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Screening: Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks.
- Vaccinations: Vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis may be required.
- Probation: A period of probation may apply.
