The team is led by experienced design engineers with over 30 years of expertise in civil, structural, and hydraulic engineering, water and resource management, traffic and transport engineering, as well as legal and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality professional design and documentation for structural projects
  • Working closely with a team of engineers and drafters to design all structural elements, building design, and hydraulic services
  • Delivering residential, commercial/industrial, and multi-storey residential development projects
  • Preparing construction specifications, design registers, safety in design registers, and conducting site and construction audit inspections
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, construction phase audit inspections, project management, and production of engineering documentation of designs and associated materials
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methodology for timber and steel framing, concrete, and masonry structures
  • Ability to undertake construction audits to identify any non-conformances with the design
