About the Role


We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.


As a Community Support Worker, you will work closely with consumers, their families, and other health professionals to provide quality outcomes and maintain consumer independence.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct client service to persons who are aged, frail, or disabled and who wish to remain living in their own home with some assistance.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and under supervision to achieve shared goals.
  • Use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in the workplace.
  • Exercise own judgment and initiative in the workplace to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Relate to people from different cultures, backgrounds, and circumstances to provide inclusive support.
