About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Supply Chain and Operations team at Accolade Wines. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on people-related matters, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Provide assistance with recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions, creating job advertisements, conducting phone screening and interviews, and supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- HR Project Work: Collaborate with the HR team to support HR projects and initiatives, and contribute to the development of best practices in HR.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Support the Senior Human Resources Business Partner in managing stakeholder relationships and providing HR advice to stakeholders.
- Policy Development: Assist in the review and update of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with award changes and business needs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Support the analysis and review of HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and improve HR outcomes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures.
- Learning and Development: Support the development of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Performance Management: Support the HR team in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and support to stakeholders. You will have:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and support to stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes and procedures.
- Proactivity and Organizational Skills: Proactive and organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- HR Knowledge and Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in HR administration and HR functions.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Autonomy and Flexibility: Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, with a high level of attention to detail.
