About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Hand to join our team as an Assembly Line Operator in the production environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual handling and experience with power tools. A forklift license is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in achieving productivity targets and quality standards

To succeed in this role, you must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
