Arctic Wolf, a leader in security operations, is seeking a skilled Concierge Security Engineer 2 to join its team. As a key member of the Concierge Security Team, you will deliver world-class Arctic Wolf security services to customers, leveraging your technical expertise to support their security needs.

About the Role:

The Concierge Security Engineer 2 is responsible for creating and maintaining outstanding partnerships with customers, supporting the direct delivery of Arctic Wolf network and endpoint security solutions, and proactively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security events and configure, troubleshoot, and verify data sources.
  • Action or escalate customer requests for guidance, information, or support in a timely manner.
  • Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security role with a good knowledge of security architecture.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or certifications and experience equivalent.
  • Strong partnering and relationship building skills in a professional context.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
