At Starbucks Australia, we are seeking a Customer Experience Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience across all our stores, developing high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive customer experience: delight and uplift customers through a human connection, engaging with customers and staff and leading by example
- Nurture talent & lead a team: engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills so that they realise their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams
- Develop business growth: drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Develop leadership skills: coach and mentor employees to develop their skills and abilities
About You:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles ideally within the retail or hospitality industries
- Exposure to managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- A proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies
