We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Community Care Team as Support Workers.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized care to clients living in their own homes, empowering them to maintain their independence and enhance their overall well-being.

  • Conduct scheduled visits to support daily activities and promote healthy habits.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties.
  • Encourage participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and shopping trips.
