About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury Clinics, delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, referrers, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls and providing a friendly, professional voice to patients and referrers.
  • Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
  • Maximizing efficiency by managing appointments and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Processing patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Preparing patients for procedures, including communication of preparation requirements and costing estimates.
