
Disaster Recovery Coordinator

Coordinate and support the design and delivery of programs that drive disaster recovery efforts.
- Temporary full-time up to 6 months with flexible/hybrid working environment.
- Role based in Parramatta or Lismore (other regional locations negotiable).
About the role
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to program design and implementation, manage relationships and agreements with delivery partners, and ensure programs are aligned with strategic objectives.
Your work will involve preparing reports and documentation, conducting research and analysis, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to drive effective program outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to making a positive impact in disaster-affected communities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience contributing to program design, implementation, and coordination.
- Strong skills in preparing project documentation, reports, and discussion papers.
- Ability to support procurement planning and monitor contract management processes.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and inform policy and project development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines using robust project management practices.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
