About Our Front of House Position

We are looking for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House or Bar team member, you'll be the face of the venue, welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and making sure every table has a great time from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, take orders, and provide an unforgettable experience with high energy and care.
  • Bartending: Mix cocktails, pour drinks, and maintain a clean, organised bar environment (for bar roles).
  • Table Management: Ensure clean and well-set tables and assist with resetting between guests.
  • Upselling: Recommend dishes, drinks, or specials to enhance the guest experience.
  • Teamwork: Support your teammates across the floor and bar to keep the service flowing.
  • Venue Vibe: Contribute to creating an upbeat, professional, and customer-focused atmosphere.
