  • We're looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.\
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high-quality results.\
  • A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and research and development.\
  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving process optimization and efficiency gains.\
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and expansion.\
  • Your experience in the food industry, particularly in manufacturing or production roles, is highly valued.
