We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or AEP to join our team. As a key member of the workforce rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
About the Role- You will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
- You will evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- You will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- You will perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- You will be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
- You will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
