We are seeking an experienced Paint Prepper to join our team in Launceston.

• Prepare vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing as per job requirements.
• Handle vehicles with care and attention to detail.
• Adhere to OH&S policies, including PPE, and maintain a clean work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in a prepping or painting role.
• A strong commitment to working safely.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license.
