We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our Substation projects in NSW, focusing on safe and efficient delivery.

  • As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing safety, time, cost, and quality, as well as supervising sub-contractors and managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • You will work on rosters in line with project delivery frameworks, which may include 11/3 or 3/1 shifts depending on the project location.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising site-based project delivery, coordinating sub-contractors, ensuring project risks are managed, and providing supporting documentation for forecasting and resource planning.

About You:

You will have a trade qualification in the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering-related qualification.

With a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget, you will be a commercially focused leader with experience in managing large projects over $10M.
