Second Year Apprentice Boilermaker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our Maintenance team.
- The ideal candidate will be going into their second year of a Boilermaker apprenticeship and have successfully completed their first year in 2025.
- They will be responsible for performing a range of repairs, installations and maintenance on plant, equipment and machinery within the Power Station.
- The role involves working on a variety of welding, fabrication and structural projects while learning from experienced tradespeople.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical aptitude, assessed during the process by aptitude testing and review of 1st year TAFE assessment results
- A commitment to undertake and complete formal training at TAFE
- Demonstrated safety awareness and practical aptitude
- OHS Construction Induction or a willingness to obtain it
- Passion for the trade and eagerness to develop your skills
- Safety-conscious, punctual and a team player
- A strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current driver's license (preferred but not essential)
