Window Cleaning Operations Manager

Our team of skilled professionals take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to customers and potential customers
- Maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times
- Ensure your team is working effectively and safely
- Treat customers' homes with respect and ensure your team does too
As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of window cleaners and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for representing the company to customers and potential customers.
About This Role:
- Reliable
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communicator
- Well-presented
- Available to work some weekends as required
- Must have or be willing to obtain: Police Certificate, White Card, and Working with Children Card
- Full Australian driver's license
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Will to climb a ladder (not afraid of heights)
- Physically fit (able to lift and carry ladders) and enjoy working outside in all weather conditions
- Squeegee experience and water-fed pole experience essential
- Positive attitude and commitment
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of window cleaning experience
- Able to work with window cleaning equipment, including ladders and roofs
