The Group Audit and Assurance (GA&A) team provides independent assurance over the effectiveness of the Bank's risk management, controls, and governance processes.
As digital transformation disrupts industries and ways of working, GA&A stays ahead by embracing global best practices and innovation.
The Business Banking audit team ensures distribution and products meet risk management standards. The Treasury and Financial Risk Audit team provides assurance over Financial Risks, particularly related to Market Risk frameworks, policies, and models.
The team reviews risk mitigation strategies for internal and external obligations. They collaborate with specialist and business unit audit teams in an integrated way.
You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, focusing on key issues and details. Your work will contribute to high-quality audit reports, aiding stakeholders to make informed decisions and protecting the organization and its customers.
In this role, you will lead audits across Market, Liquidity, and Funding risks, planning and delivering results effectively. You will interview customers, conduct process walkthroughs, and draft issues and agree factual accuracy and ratings with stakeholders.
You will also supervise, coach, and support the development of junior team members working on audits under your leadership. Assist your Executive Manager in developing a risk-based Audit Plan to capture key and emerging risks.
