We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team at the Mackay Force Rebuilds Workshop. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical repairs, routine maintenance, and upgrades on heavy mining equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform 12/24 volt electrical repairs, routine PM, and upgrades on heavy mining equipment.
- Troubleshoot faults using OEM diagnostic systems.
- Maintenance and repairs on Caterpillar, Liebherr, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment.
- Quality control on all work performed.
- Nationally recognised Auto Electrician Trade Qualification.
- Nationally accredited Automotive Air-Conditioning License.
- Team player and ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong adherence to OHS policies and procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar and other HME equipment and systems.
- Attractive hourly rate.
