We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fresh Convenience Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including restocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining visual merchandising displays
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
