We are seeking a fashion-obsessed, detail-driven individual to shape our e-commerce and editorial styling direction.

A strong eye for fashion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment are essential for this role. You will work closely with our Creative, Design and Production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed consistently and brought to life through elevated, brand-aligned styling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Style our e-comm and editorial shoots to bring product stories to life.
  • Own the e-commerce styling direction, collaborating closely with the Creative Studio Assistant, Design and Production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed consistently and brought to life through elevated, brand-aligned styling.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager on campaign styling direction.
  • Curate looks that balance aspirational styling with customer conversion.
  • Use data to inform styling choices and adapt quickly to improve product presentation.
  • Think commercially: your work directly impacts how our product performs online.

Requirements include:

  • 1-3 years experience in a styling, fashion assistant or VM role (agency, brand, content creator or retail).
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them through our lens.
  • Clear, elevated aesthetic that aligns with our brand—modern, refined, confident.
  • Commercial awareness—understand that styling is a sales tool.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments; able to pivot quickly and solve problems on the fly.
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and a desire to grow your career long-term in the industry.
