Job Role:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, available to work flexible hours, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Transporting participants to appointments and specified destinations
  • Providing support to participants in making good decisions
  • Assisting with community participation, household tasks, and daily activities
  • Reporting on participant's state, activities, and incidents

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in disability support or equivalent qualification
  • Valid working with children check, police check, and NDIS worker screening check
  • Proof of vaccination, driver's license, and access to a car
  • Reliable and positive attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible shifts including day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Rotating roster with 3-6 hour shifts
  • Occasional travel to various locations
