Veterinarian - Emergency and Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our Emergency and Critical Care team in Perth South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced veterinarians and nurses to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing emergency and critical care services to patients, including consulting, surgery, and monitoring
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients, including medication, surgery, and other interventions
- Communicating effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in emergency and critical care medicine
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Surgeons' Board of Western Australia
- Minimum 1 year of general practice experience (junior position) or 4-5 years of experience and membership or Fellowship qualifications from the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists or be a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (senior position)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- A competitive salary range of $54,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
