As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides community care services to individuals in Tasmania. This role involves supporting people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, assistance in the community, and being a companion.
- You will work closely with clients to support them in achieving their goals and making choices in partnership with other support networks.
Our team values flexibility and recognizes the importance of minimizing travel time for our employees. We strive to roster employees based on geographic location whenever possible.
What You Will Bring- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support is highly desirable.
- Current and valid driver's licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle are essential.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also required.
- Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones, email, and internet is necessary.
