  • Deliver high-quality care services to residents, including nursing, personal care, and domestic assistance.
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class operations, including quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
